Security

Your business data stays your business.

Encrypted at rest

The database on each terminal is encrypted. A stolen till doesn't mean stolen sales records.

Hashed passwords

Staff passwords are never stored in plain text, and each person signs in with their own account.

Nothing extra leaves the till

To check your licence, Lumio sends only basic device health. It sends no customer, sales, product, staff or payment data.

What devices does Lumio run on?

Lumio runs on Windows PCs and Android tablets and phones. You can use the hardware you already own, with or without a receipt printer and scanner.

What happens when my internet goes down?

Nothing changes at the counter. Sales, refunds and stock changes are saved on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.

Can I import my existing products?

Yes. Export your product list from your current system or spreadsheet as a CSV file and import it into Lumio. You can export it again at any time.

Can customers book appointments online?

With the services edition, your business gets its own booking page. Customers see your real availability, can pay a deposit, and the booking appears on your calendar.

How much will it cost?
